Who it suits
Choose it if visible stitchwork is what you want rather than a seamless panel. The stitching here is even and restrained rather than decorative like a diamond pattern, so it reads as tailoring - closer to a well-made sofa than a feature headboard. The reinforced platform also makes it a sensible pick if the storage will carry weight. If you want no visible stitching at all, our plain-panel frames give that.

- King - 150cm wide x 200cm long (5ft x 6ft6)

Fabric and upholstery
Hand-upholstered in your choice of Plush (short-pile velvet), Naple (flatter woven finish) or Conniston (heavier textured weave). Conniston shows the stitch detailing most clearly because of its flat, matt surface.
Mattress compatibility
Takes any standard UK mattress in the matching size. A mattress is not included. See our mattress range.
Storage
The platform lifts as one piece over an uninterrupted cavity - roughly a small bedroom's worth of belongings, kept out of sight and out of the dust.
Assembly
Arrives flat-packed. One to two hours with two people; two are needed for the gas struts. See the assembly guide.
