We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy, subject to the terms below.

Change of Mind

• You may return your item within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached

• Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale

• Bedframes returned due to change of mind incur a £69 return collection fee

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item is faulty, we will arrange free collection

• You may choose a replacement or a full refund

• Faulty items can be reported within 90 days of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Beds made to bespoke or custom sizes (e.g. higher headboards)

• Accessories and add-on items

• Made-to-order or specially tailored products
  (these may be subject to a 50% restocking fee where applicable)
