Our 5-Year Frame Warranty
Every Stylo Beds bed frame is handcrafted in the UK and covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. That covers the structural frame, the gas-lift mechanism on ottoman models, and workmanship faults arising in normal domestic use.
What's covered
Structural failure of the frame, slats or base under normal use; faults in the gas-piston lift mechanism; and defects in upholstery workmanship such as failed seams.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, fabric soiling or staining, damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or commercial use. Mattresses carry their own guarantee terms, listed on each mattress product page.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number, a description of the fault and a couple of photos, and we'll assess your claim promptly — usually within 2 working days. Where a defect is confirmed we'll repair, replace parts, or replace the item at our discretion.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are unaffected. See also our returns policy.
