Free UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver free of charge to most UK mainland addresses on every order — beds, mattresses and bed sets alike.
How long does delivery take?
Because every bed is handcrafted and upholstered to order in our UK workshop, please allow 7–10 working days from order to delivery. Our courier will contact you 24–48 hours before your delivery day to confirm timings, so you're never waiting in blind.
Delivery surcharges
Some remote areas (including parts of the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) may incur a delivery charge of up to £69. Any charge is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no surprises after ordering.
On the day
Deliveries are made to your door. Please check your access route in advance — measure doorways, hallways and stairs against the product dimensions listed on each product page. Our frames arrive flat-packed to make access easier.
