Majesty Wingback Ottoman Bed
The Majesty Wingback Ottoman Bed has tall wings sweeping forward from either side of the headboard, creating a cocooned, armchair-like frame around the head of the bed. The silhouette is borrowed from classic wingback chairs, built on a fully opening gas-lift storage base.
Who it suits
Choose this if you want the bed to feel enclosing rather than just tall. The forward-sweeping wings block draughts and side light, which people either love or find claustrophobic - so look carefully at the photographs. Practical note: the wings add width beyond the mattress size, so measure your wall recess before ordering. Its squarer-shouldered sibling, the Noble Winged, gives a similar look with less forward projection.

Fabric and upholstery
Upholstered by hand and finished so that no stitching is visible anywhere on the bed upholstery - on a wingback the curve where the wings meet the headboard is where seams would normally show, so this is where hand-finishing earns its keep. Choose Plush (short-pile velvet), Naple (flatter woven finish) or Conniston (heavier textured weave).
Mattress compatibility
Takes any standard UK mattress in the matching size. A mattress is not included. See our mattress range.
Storage
The platform lifts as one piece over an uninterrupted cavity, so long items fit whole rather than being split between drawers.
Assembly
Arrives flat-packed. One to two hours with two people; two are needed for the gas struts. See the assembly guide.
