The Lavia Fabric Ottoman Bed Frame is a handmade upholstered storage bed with a tufted headboard and a gas-lift base. The whole sleeping platform rises to open storage across the full footprint of the bed.
Who it suits
A straightforward modern storage bed rather than a statement piece. The tufted headboard gives it enough detail to look considered without the height of our 54-inch frames, so it works in rooms with standard ceilings and in guest rooms where you want storage more than drama. Good for small bedrooms in particular, since the storage is recovered from space the bed already occupies. If you want a plain seamless panel instead of tufting, our high headboard beds offer that.

Mattress platform sizes are standard UK:

- King - 150cm wide x 200cm long (5ft x 6ft6)
- Super King - 180cm wide x 200cm long (6ft x 6ft6)

Fabric and upholstery
Hand-upholstered in your choice of Plush (short-pile velvet, which shows the tufting most strongly because the pile catches light in the folds), Naple (flatter woven finish) or Conniston (heavier textured weave).
Mattress compatibility
Takes any standard UK mattress in the matching size. A mattress is not included. See our mattress range.
Storage
The platform lifts as one piece over an uninterrupted cavity, so bedding, seasonal clothing and pillows fit whole rather than being split between drawers. Read how much storage an ottoman bed holds.
Assembly
Delivered flat-packed with instructions. One to two hours with two people; two are needed for the gas struts. See the assembly guide.
