The Elite Rest Ottoman Storage Bed is a handmade upholstered storage bed frame built for stability - an even slatted platform, a smooth gas lift and clean upholstered styling. The whole platform lifts to give storage across the full footprint of the bed.
Who it suits
This is the frame for people who care more about how a bed behaves than how it looks. If a previous bed creaked, shifted or sagged in the middle, the priority here is a solid frame with even slat support rather than an elaborate headboard. The styling is deliberately plain so it works with any colour scheme and does not date. If you want the bed to be a feature of the room, choose one of our panelled or winged designs instead.

Mattress platform sizes are standard UK:
- Single - 90cm wide x 190cm long (3ft x 6ft3)
- Small Double - 120cm wide x 190cm long (4ft x 6ft3)
- Double - 135cm wide x 190cm long (4ft6 x 6ft3)
- King - 150cm wide x 200cm long (5ft x 6ft6)
- Super King - 180cm wide x 200cm long (6ft x 6ft6)

Fabric and upholstery
Upholstered by hand and finished so that no stitching is visible anywhere on the bed upholstery. Choose Plush (short-pile velvet), Naple (flatter woven finish) or Conniston (heavier textured weave).
Mattress compatibility
Takes any standard UK mattress in the matching size. A mattress is not included. See our mattress range.
Storage
The platform lifts as one piece over an uninterrupted cavity, so long items fit whole rather than being split between drawers.
Assembly
Arrives flat-packed. One to two hours with two people; two are needed for the gas struts. If a frame ever does start to creak, most causes are simple - see how to stop a bed squeaking.
