Delivery Partner

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will plan the delivery route and contact you 24–48 hours before delivery with a confirmed date and time slot.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 7–10 working days

  • Deliveries may arrive sooner in many cases

  • Delivery days: Monday to Sunday

  • Delivery hours: 7:00am – 8:00pm

Delivery Charges

  • Some areas may incur a £50 delivery charge

  • Any applicable delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout

Contact Details

  • A valid mobile number is required at checkout

  • Delivery updates are sent via SMS 24–48 hours before delivery

Missed Delivery

  • If you are unable to accept delivery, please notify us within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation text

  • This helps prevent your order from being sent to the delivery depot

Delivery Method

  • Items are delivered to the main entrance of the property

  • Room-of-choice delivery is not available

  • For flats and apartments, delivery is made to the ground floor only

  • All items are handled with care by trained delivery teams
